Tennessee Tech University. Has 48 years of 
structural/civil engineering experience 
including extensive experience in investigation 
and documentation specializing in the evaluation 
of existing construction, documentation of 
deterioration or damage and recommendation for 
maintenance or repairs.

Has provided quality control services to 
professional engineers and design to the 
architectural community. In addition, he 
provides forensic investigation reports, expert 
witness services, turnover surveys, and concrete 
surveys/repair specifications.
